4 years old is a great age what a shame she is missing it. I hope you will see all of her that you can no need for you to miss this time if you can help it.
The little ones that have to live in and with this condition need all the love and care they can get. Hopefully your sister will come to her senses soon. She and your family are in my prayers tonight.
