Before, I couldn't leave the house without smokes ("keys? wallet? phone?... cigarettes?"). I had to have them on me at all times. Definitely worth it though.
and hello to all the other non-supernaturalists on SR too,
NL.
Thanks NL. I quit several times, once for three years. Its the habit part of it that gets me every time. The day after I finished the patch last year was when I started up again. It was habit that I had a feeling for, and I was smoking with a friend with her cig before I knew it. I really need to apply the same tools I use to stay clean. I am planning to do SMART all the way to stay with the quit this time.
