Hi Corrie,

My addiction seemingly went to food as well. All I can tell you is that in my situation I actually lost weight, probably due to the fact that all the food I was eating was still less calorie wise to all the alcohol I was consuming, lol. It was mainly chocolate.. 2 cups of m&m's a day plus countless little (and extra sized) chocolate bars. Really helped with the alcohol cravings and motivated to get me out of bed if I knew a Skor was waiting for me upstairs, lol. It was really bad the first month, but is now dying down. Also had some blood work done, and was anemic. My doc said this can cause all sorts of food cravings.. now I'm taking iron and not so much chocolate.
