hey shaw - i went through the same thing a month ago....went on a 5 day binge and ended up having my roommate take me to the ER, i was having the anxiety attack massively and ended up hurting my heart a bit as apparently my blood pressure had been so high for a few days. so they gave me the meds and put me on an out-patient detox, which here in LA meant "here's your drugs to control the shakes and withdrawl and heres a list of programs you might consider...good night" and then i was on my own again! so i took the drugs and stayed in bed for like a week. fortunately i had just been laid off from work so i didn't have a boss to deal with. i agree with Barb though, worry about that sunday or monday and just focus on tonight.
