I am definitely not GS leader material so hats off to you K. In fact I am not even
fit to be the
mother of Girl Scouts. My daughters did it for a few years until they tired of it... but their troop leaders really were super mom types. Of course these moms only had one child... makes it a lot easier to be one of those elite lol. I am the mom the hates sewing so when they came home with badges, which I guess they give out for just breathing these days (they came home with a handful after every meeting)... I either tossed em in a drawer or stapled em on. Yes, I tried the iron on stuff.. didn't work for me for some reason (idiot probably). So I stapled them. I did put masking tape on the inside of their vests so the staples didn't poke them. Too much. That's a shame about the money thing... someone did that on our rec dept a few years ago. This person still lives in town though
