That sounds good to me.....dogs love those early walks and then can relax the rest of the day or just drive up batty......

Today the wind was up pretty strong......more than usual and now there are fires around the area.......nasty ones............
I am going to get what I can done today.......and move on to other things that I keep putting off till tomarrow...............Never put off till tomarrow what needs to be done today................
I have a cat that needs attention and yet she will find my lap while I type this................they have a way with us no matter what.......
Stick to the program and do what is important to keep yourself here and now.......................Hang in there if you are having a down day................I say get out and get that walk in.....
