All depends upon what you mean by "celebrate"! It's never too soon to be grateful for being sober...just don't get too carried away. Three days is a big thing...you should be getting over the worse of the withdrawal.

True friends will be supportive and happy for you...now is when you'll find out who your real friends are. Good luck.
