Jenna, I think your post makes wonderful sense. I personally think I have ADHD and have never been diagnosed. I don't think I'm bipolar though I agree that the two often overlap.
Done, if you don't think this doctor is listening, don't be afraid to get another, or another opinion. You owe it to yourself.

I'm not able to get another doctor. I'm stuck with this one. That's kind of why I was upset.
I totally agree about the ADD thing though, I told him, Lets just not talk about this.
and besides I've been diagnosed with it at Cedars before,
