I wanted to let you know that I checked out the website that you found. There is a meeting schedule, and there are meetings every few hours.
I popped into a chatroom that had about 35 people in it, and was really made to feel welcomed. There were people from all over the US and Europe. There is no registration required; you just type in the name you want to use and enter the room. They have the meeting protocol rules printed on the site.
So, I am planning to check out a formal meeting tonight if there is one with a time that works for me, and I will let you know how that goes.
Thank you again, for your help. I am feeling, for the first time in a long while, like I am actually being nice to myself. Sanity really WILL take some getting used to.
