Hi Karen,

Yes-it's a dangerous time and I understand.It sounds simple but truly-'Just don't drink' is what I want to tell you.My alcoholic voice often tells me the same thing 'You're good now-one won't hurt-you can always go back to being sober later' but it's all BS.If I have one-I'll have 20.

All I can suggest to you is-get busy.Sitting down and 'relaxing' for me didn't work-I'd really crave then-I had to do something be it-go for a walk, clean the house-anything other than do what I used to do when I was drinking.

I know it's really hard-but the craving will pass.Take it minute by mionute if you have to.You can do this-you've come this far.
