Oh yeah, those hot baths helped me too, can't believe I almost forgot! I'd get such chills going on and I only had access to a bathtub at one or two places I was kicking at. Jail certainly didn't have one LOL. Only a METAL shower with a push button for a few seconds of water. OH MY GOSH, did I mention I was grateful. Hang in there Numb. . .it will pass!!!
