In my communications/counseling sessions, I'm learning to be VERY SPECIFIC when talking with others. The statement is: "Please help me understand." Keep asking questions until there is clear communication about exactly what is expected, required, and to be done. We could even try it here with some of the statements that have been made. Bad hair day? Please help me understand.
