don't let his comments and "pats on the back" fool ya... you've been there, done that and I know you don't want to take that trip again!
You readily admit that you need all the help you can get when it comes to your addiction.... that is a sure sign that you don't want to go backwards...
just keep using all the tools you have learned... you have come so far!
