Amelie, I am also new to recovery and I understand how difficult the early days can be. Not thinking about drinking probably won't help. If you need to think about it, then do so, but don't act on it. Find other ways to get yourself through the minutes until the craving passes. It seems to work for me and I know of countless others who have said that worked for them as well. There won't be any fixing you if you think you're addicted, it is a disease, not a broken bone.
