Congrats. What a beautiful home. How exciting. I wish I lived closer..I'd flock you. We did that once when a friend bought her cottage. We put 12 pink flamingo's in the yard with a sign that said "you've been flocked" Kinda let the neighbors have a heads up what might be in store with friedns like us hanging out.
