You mentioned doing it naturally - what does that entail? For me, melatonin or valerian both work well when I am having difficulty sleeping. I agree with the suggestion to try cal/mag at bedtime, that also seems to help.
I try not to watch any TV late at night, and to take a bath before bed. I also spray my bedsheets with lavender scent occasionally - it's very soothing.
With your history of insomnia, it's hard to say how long this particular bout will last. Well done on getting through it sober and without the clonazepam. Hang in there, and hopefully you'll get some relief soon.
