Great Book
I just want to let anyone who is looking for a great book to read, there's a brand new book out called Starting Over by Chandra Blevins, the final breakthrough, and it's really really eye opening, it was written by a lady who went through a deep depression, like most of us, because of substance abuse and it's just awesome, it points out so many things that just open up your eyes, it has scriptures and quotes and journal assignments, it's really really life-changing I recommend it to anyone who is suffering from a problem right now with substance abuse.
