Hi guys,
Hope you are all doing well? I just wanted to share some photos of my recent trip with you all. I think the scenery is awesome and it has made me realise how lucky we are. I managed a whole week without any anxiety and you know what no hangovers either!!! :-)
Back home and I am going back to work full time on Tuesday - am a bit scared but gonna worry about that on Tuesday!! Still got to go to Docs and therapist tomorrow.
Have caught up on most of the posts I missed and as there were so many I didnt have enough hours in the day to add my posts etc, but well done to everyone who has made it through either another day or their first day. And everyone who is struggling or hurting I am thinking of you and be strong for you!
Anyways hopefully I will be able to follow Stones advice (Thanks Stone) and some pics should be in this post - if not if someone can let me know how to do it lol!!!
