Can the "steps" help with withdrawl?
I've heard people talk about having problems with cravings, insomia or anxieties that found a way to remedy these problems by doing the "steps". Does this work for everyone or for most people? I've been getting some cravings lately, but, thats not my major problem. Its sleeping. I still struggle with insomia now and then, even after 50 days of being abstinent. I been told to go to AA meetings which I've attended twice and was planning to go yesturday but something came up. Do I need a sponsor to do the steps?
