I like that idea, Simon! I was just thinking yesterday how depressing the news can be sometimes - war and global warming and missing children and on and on. I decided to watch a comedy when I went to bed last night and it was good to forget about all the bad stuff and laugh for a change. I really like Ben Stiller and Adam Sandler too, and Woody Allen is one of my favourite actors. I'm so pleased to hear that your new medication is helping, especially with your sleep. That is so important for all aspects of health.
