I am busy around the house today- lots to do.
I had a really bad panic/anxiety attack yesterday. Don't know why- it was very freaky!! I was hating the fact that my anti-anxiety meds are not mind altering!!! I wanted something to take the edge off and calm me so bad!!! But here I am... I made it... the kids were at a movie. DH and I hung out watching TV. He didn't drink- that was good- he knew how freaked I was.. his drink wouldn't have been safe near me I'm afraid. He didn't even make one after I backed into his truck!! Really hard!! Really big dent! I said I wanted one and he said very calmly... that won't help anything or make it go away, will it. That is progress on his part... and progress is what we're looking for, not perfection.
