I wrote down all the misery of my 3 day de tox
(they are in our "Quitting" sticky too)
and kept them in my purse.
I also had AA phone numbers and a card with our
AA Promises...steps...Traditions...Serenity Prayer too.
When I felt tempted all I had to do is refresh my memory.
