i have a friend who teaches school. he told me a great story that has really been on my mind lately.
first day of school, and my friend is on lunch room duty. a little boy in kindergarten is in line to get a plate and says to my friend, "what are we doing?" friend tells him he's going to have lunch and then go back to his class for afternoon class (it's all day kindergarten). so the little boy says, "you mean i have to stay here ALL DAY?!?!?" and my friend tells him, "yes, you're going to stay here all day." the little boy scrunches all up and tightens his arms around his chest and says, " who signed me up for this SH*T?!?!?!?!"
ha! i feel like that some days in my life....
