everyone lighten up---sometimes it's just all to dramatic and serious--there can be good found in the simple things as well.I can tell you I am a catholic who studies Buddhism--which is a way of life-not a religion. I would not be here now if I hadn't learned to meditate-I do it twice a day.
It is a simple--yet deep way of life to try and think
yesterday is gone
only today matters
who knows about tomorrow-it may not happen
to live more in the moment,
