Thank you everyone. I guess it's hard realizing that the family I have is very self-centered & only care about themselves. Makes me think I'm adopted. (Just kidding) I come from a family where you don't express emotions. We don't touch & I don't ever think my parents have ever said they loved me. I have to give my ex credit for one thing. He taught me how to express love, how to hug someone & let them near me. And I'm doing that with my granddaughter. And it is the most wonderful gift he ever gave me & I'm passing it on.
