Hey Simon, benzos for me have been fine, really. I haven't needed to increase my dose in 9 years, my libido is fine (well, maybe I should check that one with my husband) and I've actually lost 60 lbs.
Again, though, they are not for everyone and I'm not suggesting you should take them. They just work well for me. Gosh, I really hope you find the relief you are searching for.
