I'm a pretty lucky guy...
Aside from all the good folks on this board, and the support you all give...I talked to my boss again today, who has been a friend of mine for years about what has been going on, and what steps I've taken to resolve my problem with alcoholism. He was completely supportive, and told me to take as much time as I need. He also inquired as to who in my family I have talked about this with, and offered his own help if I needed to talk. Thats a friend right there.
Even though I caved yesterday, today is a new one, and I'm going to try again.
