I am doing much better. My thinking is getting clearer, but I think I was struggling with the after-effects of the surgeries. Thanks for the supportive words, Earthworm, and everyone else.
I went over to the house and picked up a couple things. He helped me out and was decent about it. He seems emotion-less. I guess that's the way it is. Actually, that makes it easier! After all these years....it's hard to say goodbye again, but I know this is necessary pain. Kind of like my surgery.
I'll just keep taking it one day at a time, one moment at a time.
I know I'm going to need you guys during this transition. I've always needed friends like the ones I have on here. Thanks EVERYONE!
