I just looked through half a dozen pages of this forum and I couldn't find anything. People here - when it was an "alternative to AA" forum - were mainly into SMART recovery and do it yourself. There was a guy called Five who used to mention cbt practice as part of his daily defences against drink, and I've looked through his posts - up to a point - and I can find nothing.
I googled "cbt, alcoholism, recovery" as I'm sure you have, and found lots of stuff, including stuff under "self-help Cognitive Behaviour Therapy" and Rational Behaviour Therapy. I know a little about these theoretically - I've read some of it - but nothing at all experientially - I haven't practiced it.
