(((Sleep))))
Take long, slow, deep breaths when you go to bed. Thank God that your daughter is for the night is in a place where she will get a little stronger and healthier each day. Pray that she stays there long enough to realize what it feels like to not have to search for a fix and do whatever it takes to get one.
She may beg and cry for you to get her out. I've gotten my son out so many times I can't count because of the same thoughts you are having.
Now, after 17 years of addiction, I sometimes pray for him to be in jail. Not for a lifetime, but a good solid year or so to give him time to clear his head again. Yes, he's served time in prison before, and during the time of his lock-up, he became stronger, healthier, clear-headed, and civil acting.
I pray that you and your daughter both sleep well tonight. I care.
