The Doctor in the hospital and my sponsor both recomended that I get outpatient counseling and that is exactly what I am gonna do. There is a place I think in Christiansburg Va near where I live that I am gonna look into. I am gonna do alot of personal changes to myself (like going to collage this fall) and I hope this all helps me but I am pretty sure it will I will also help myself too.
