I agree with all of these people Brian.... go get checked out... Dr's are very understanding about these issues and do not judge a patient, they all took an oath and I may be wrong but part of that oath (not word per word though) they agree not to cast judgement but to treat and save lives soemthing like that.
Being ashamed or saving your life from liver failure? No brainer really!
