You said you damaged your nose from heavy cocaine use in my post about septal perforation so im assuming its one of your DOC's. Don't go back. I know how your feeling, I struggle every single day to stay clean. Take all steps possible to prevent yourself from picking up. Go put your bank card in water and freeze it if you have to (i've done it!). Good luck and hope your hanging in there
