i noticed one thing also...i am losing like water retention i noticed...the longer going without the pills seems the better the healhier the just like hmmm its strange cause like i was some drugs....anything...but i have told me to stop and i must cause you know what we just have to face stuff head on...level head and its kinda fun in away cause i know me i have been just a zombie for the last 10 years...23 days know...the lbs are coming off and the =) is there...i just want to wear earplugs all day cause i dont want to be bugged. i am trying really hard i just had too many people muuuuuchin free loading off me....i mean i am not a BANK...or a crash house...i have made many grumpy friends since i am like clean and not doing the pills or whatever its sad...i am alone i have this but other then that the rest the people all users....bad =*(
