Ever have one of those days when you just wanted to punch someone out.......? I have been there and just stressed myself out...................
Thank goodness for Recovery and all that they have to offer.............I am trying to keep myself at peace and the stress level down...............

Yea..........and climbing out is the hardest part..........
Time to do a bit of cleaning house to clear the air......this is the best thing in order to keep sane............
find that peaceful place and write, draw or whatever you feel like doing.........................God is watching over you and keeping you in the now.........One moment at a time...........Keep coming back..............this is the place to be and write till you can't do anymore...............
