Hi to all,

I want to say hi to all the forum members. This is the forum, where most of the people come to find a solution for their addictions and I am also one of them. I have been smoking since long time tried to quit a couple of times and stayed away from it for few days, sometimes few months but I didn’t stayed long because of some reason. Well every addict says this, he/she has had their own good reason for addiction but it becomes hard for them to find a good reason to quit. And finally I have found my own reason activeness and peaceful sleep. To get rid of any addiction one must realize how it is affecting his health and family. Anyway I Hope this time I will reach what I want to, with all the support of you guys.
