His livingroom looks over into my Bedroom,...So you can imagine How paranoid i get carnt you...! I have blinds... but no sound proofing...! But we do have some bass bins...!?!
I spoke to lots of the other residents yesterday aswell, so Im on his case now.
I have no choice, if he does'nt listen and act on what we ask of him, but to make, a proper complaint, to the council...!
