arura, i got one right above me. do we live in the same place? this guys bass rattles my kitchen plates and bedroom is in the back, where it rattles. i didnt want to confront him because he previously threatened me(see other thread) and the guy is off his rocker and i think he's cracked out. but, last week, i had enough. in my current state i tore a strip off him and the new neighbour who insists on parking in my drive. i told him to lay off the music or i was calling someone to take care of it. i let him know that he rattles my kitchen and to kindly knock it the F&^$ off, cause it was driving me crazy.
