Right well last night has thrown my sleeping right out AGAIN...! its now gone 12midnight, and i fell asleep today as i could'nt keep my eyes open...!
Its screwed me up ...really as hes not the one who has to work on trying too sleep...!
So Im making a diary of the noise,.. and gona talk to the other neghibuors aswell.! I would NEVER have made a complaint in the past...! especially about noise...
But its the first entry goes into the diary from last night...!
