That is probably one of the best things you can do, is reach out when those cravings hit. It's tough and sometimes we wanna feel like we can do it on our own. BUT........ we are here; use us.
I dont know if you are involved in AA or NA, but I know the first meeting that I went to i got a bunch of phone #'s. They are there for you too.
Way to go for "coming clean" with us. That takes courage too. Get back up, dust off and roll on.
