Tamara Buchenberger is sober and living far short of perfection since September 24, 2010. As a content producer, her specialties include addiction within families, trauma recovery in sobriety, dual diagnosis navigation, and a true appreciation for the wilderness and coffee. Tamara earned her Bachelors in Mathematics and Science from Indiana University Southeast. She has volunteered as a peer mentor for Landmark Recovery in Louisville, KY where she lives.
