Jamie Yacoub, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Nutrition from Loma Linda University, a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Nutrition from University of California, Davis, and an Associates in Business Management from Santa Monica College. She completed her dietetic internship as an intern for a Certified Specialist in sports nutrition as well as at a top-100 hospital. Jamie is a member of the Association of Health Care Journalists and is a health and nutrition writer with over 100 publications. She is also the author of "Modern Guide to Food and Eating: Low Glycemic Recipes."
