About Soba New Jersey New Jersey’s Premier Drug & Alcohol Addiction Treatment Center SOBA New Jersey was founded with the goal of helping young adults struggling with substance use disorders and addictions. Since our founding in 2014, we have expanded to provide a full range of addiction treatment and mental health services to all adults 18 and over.
