Midwest, you are so consistent in taking care of yourself.

I managed to get in 3 walks today. Being careful with timing and location, I saw very few people and everyone I saw was respectful. It felt good, but I find my eyes scanning in every direction constantly, while I'm walking.

Made a point of getting out for a brief walk today, more walkers and cyclists about than cars, all keeping their distance.
The sun was out briefly but was too quick for me to be out in it

Anna & Caramel- I am glad you both were able to get out for a walk. It has been raining here the last few days so I havenít. I am excited for it to get dry so I can mow!

Relaxing and drinking coffee now. I have been staying on a good sleep schedule.

It's a rainy day here, but I managed to get a nice, quiet walk in. Now, I have some raspberry muffins baking in the oven.

I hope everyone is having a nice, safe weekend.

Anna- the raspberry muffins sound delicious!

I start a new job this week! I am excited. I haven't worked in years!

Today I plan on getting a walk in and relaxing before I start.

Saw an on-line church service on Sunday;
exchanged texts with the lady who runs the exercise-class;
gave myself permission yesterday to stop keeping an eye on the Universe for a while, and watched a movie ("Slightly Scarlet") on YT, and an episode of "Perry Mason" on dvd. Very refreshing to have a change.
Made a very tasty omelet with onion and bacon for lunch, with broccoli, just what I wanted Oh, and a bit of sour cream on it just for nice.

Caramel, I loved Perry Mason. It was one of my favorite shows as a kid.

Are you still doing your exercise class, Caramel? Mine was cancelled a couple of weeks ago and I don't think it will starting up again until September.

Today, I started organizing a bunch of ebooks I have that I haven't read yet. They were in a jumble on my phone, so hopefully I will be able to easily see what I have now.

^ same, I didn't attend the final class a couple of weeks ago because I was already starting to hunker down, and after that it was cancelled for at least a month and I expect it will be longer. So I do some of the exercises whenever I think of them through the day.

Caramel- My husband loves Perry Mason. I also find it helpful to stay away from the news awhile.

I took a 2.5 mile hike yesterday. It was great to be outside.

Midwest, that sounds like a wonderful hike. I hope it was fun.

I have decided to get groceries delivered because the store was a bit scary. Sometimes I stop and shake my head about the way things have changed. I'm still getting out and walking quite a lot. I just have to be careful about when and where. I've been watching Ozarks on Netflix which is great to take my mind off things.

On-line church service on Sunday;
decided I would not go to the supermarket as I have plenty of long-life milk, and fruit-juices and frozen veges, for when the fresh run out;
had a short walk in the sunshine today, and did a brief exercise session from a YouTube video that's been on my "that's a good idea" list for ages.

Anna- I'll have to check out "Ozarks". Great idea having your groceries delivered.

Caramel- great job keeping up with your exercises. There is so much on YouTube!!

I worked today and I ate plenty all day and made sure to stay hydrated. I did some light exercising and stretching too.
