Ringo, ah yes, the resentments! I'm glad you were able to get rid of it quickly. I've learned to pay attention to my feelings so I can be aware. But, when I'm tired, things tend to slip by. I'm glad you enjoyed your Thanksgiving holiday.

November is always a tough month for me because it's the beginning of a long winter and darkness falls so early. Typically, I have less energy, so I do less, and consequently feel even less energetic. I have to get some of my Zumba videos out and make use of them.

Hi everyone!

I am back from my mom's and she is doing great. She had a knee replacement so I stayed with her a few weeks.

Anna- It is hard this time of year. I don't like it getting dark so early too. I have been going to bed early and sleeping a tad bit too much!

I plan on getting a hair cut today.

hair cut, did my eye brows, and did my pedicure. I feel lots better. lol.

Been super busy with training my replacement and getting ready for retirement ceremony and luncheon that much else is ignored. But this is temporary! Once Friday gets here, I can breathe again. (Big event is this Thursday.)
