Anna- I am glad you are still getting your walks in. That is great. I need to get outside a little more than I do. Maybe I will tomorrow it is going to be 50 F and sunny.

Ringo- I texted a friend yesterday I haven't talked to since March. It does feel good to catch up with people.

Today I went grocery shopping, had lunch by myself out, and did a variety of stuff at the gym.

The same thing happened to me today! My matron of honor emailed me. We’ve been friends since we were 12!

We have drifted apart in our day-to-day lives; but even if years go by, as soon as we get back together we’re right back in step!

Last time we got together we went to Starbucks for a coffee—and we stayed 7 hours!

We’ll be meeting at the same Starbucks on Wednesday the 29th!

Hi Sisters.

My kitties are also 100% indoor cats. I would let them out with me when I am in the back yard but one of them is an escape artist and jumps the fence so they both have to be punished for it lol. Don't feel too sorry for them though, they have full run of the house including full time access to the sunroom where their cat tree is.

I just had a nice hot bath with epsom salts. I can't believe how sore I still am after my daily picketing! But I'm happy to report that the bath really helps.

Have a good one everyone

Gilmer, how cool to stay in touch after all these years. Thanks to your post, I just texted an old friend whose number I don't even know if it still works.

Helen, in my "girl cave" (my bathroom), I have a large soaking tub. No jets, just a large tub with the faucets in the middle in case Mr. Ringo ever wants to join me!

I made a little mistake food-wise at dinner last night. Added bread that I really could have done without. Kinda feeling it now. I don't consider a little slip to be a relapse; it's something I learn from for the next time...

I went to a Zumba class yesterday since work interfered with spin class. (How dare my paying job interfere with what I want to do?!) I loved it. I modified the high impact moves to low impact. I'm in great shape but my knees don't like the bouncing.

Great day wished to all.
