My first (real) thread (post)
Hi.
Where was I? Geographically, at home. My apartment. But more specifically, in life, I am not so sure where I am at.
My uncertainty is what lead me to this forum, this web-site. After 2 years and 3 months of abstenence from drugs, I am feeling stagnant. Yeah, I know Rome wasn't built in a day, blah, blah, blah...I mean, I am not at all disillusioned about what I am experiencing. It is natural. But it also sucks! However, if I have learned anything about my disasters and what to do if and when I am feeling a bit stuck, it is intervention. That is precisely why I found my way here.
In the 27 months that I have not used drugs, I have done some rather incredible things to change the course of my life. But these are just a handful of things over a 27 month period. That will not erase all of the previous years in a blink of an eye. Nevertheless, I do what I can when I can, which is what I am doing right this moment.
Well, I am going to snoop around the site and see if I cannot get a little familar with it.
