Hey Mr.
I am wondering what kind of pain killers you are on. I'm no expert but I just came off of a 6 month Methadone pill addiction. I thought I had it under control since I was taking only 10 mg a day. I was fooling myself. It was the worst thing I ever went through and don't suggest doing at home w/ two kids and a husband who is going through the same thing. Anyway my husband and I are over a week without any meds and slowly getting there. I feel 1,000% better than I did a few days ago. If you have the time and the money I suggest doing either in-patient or even out. Just as long as you do it as a patient!
