It has been a while sense I've read or posted anything, so here goes. I have been doing much better with my drinking. I stay out of the liquor store all together. Well close to it. I messed up 2 weeks ago and thought it would be ok for a few hard drinks.... I paid for that for four days. I think maybe the reason I drink now is because I'm all alone, board. All I do is work, all I have done for 20 years. I'm so lonely I could die, but at least I'm not hungover too.

Keeps, hang in there! You're doing great! Your loneliness will abate as you seek out more activities that don't include drinking. Have you gone to any type of sober meeting?
