after I put him in Jail

Found this site while sitting home along the first night after I put the drunk boyfriend in jail for domestic violence.

He's still there, waiting for his court date, and I'm here, getting support from the nice people here. the nice thing is, these are people who understand, who have lived what I am going through.

Listen carefully.....you didn't put him in jail. He did that himself. You protected yourself from violence, and he suffers the consequences of HIS actions.

Good for you for standing up to him.
